GENERAL
- No overnight guests
- Be respectful of the common areas & amenities, keep them ready for the next user
- Do not leave your belongings outside your room, any stray items will be placed in the lost & found bin in the garage
- Never share your lock codes with anyone
PARKING
- Parking in the driveway is reserved only for authorized vehicles, management, & service personnel at all times
RECOLOGY: TRASH, RECYCLING, & COMPOST
- Collection schedule: each Friday morning
- Please return the bins to the side of the driveway after collection
- Separate trash, compost, & recycling; please take them out to the bins in the driveway by Thursday
- Blue: Recycling
- Black: Landfill
- Green: Compost
- Please do not overfill the bins, otherwise they will be refused by Recology
- Search Recology to help classify items
LAUNDRY ROOM
- 1 three-hour reservation per person per day
- Reservation required: bodhione.com/laundry
BATHROOM ETIQUETTE
- SENSITIVE SEPTIC SYSTEM: DISCARD ALL PRODUCTS INTO THE TRASH
- Including any products labeled “flushable”
- Plumbing repair bills will be split among all tenants ($800 to unclog the clean-out)
- TAKE OUT THE TRASH WHEN FULL & REPLACE THE LINER
- LIMIT YOUR TIME
- Please aim to limit your use to 20 minutes
- WIPE THE MIRROR, KEEP THE COUNTER, SINK, & FLOOR DRY
- SCRUB & FLUSH THE TOILET; WIPE THE SEAT FOR THE NEXT USER
KITCHEN ETIQUETTE
- ANYTHING LEFT OUT THAT IS UNSEALED OR NOT LABELED WITH DATE & NAME WILL BE IMMEDIATELY REMOVED
- TAKE OUT THE TRASH
- When the trash is full, empty it & replace the liner
- KEEP THE SINK CLEAN, PROTECT THE DRAIN
- Please do not leave dirty dishes, pots, pans, cups, or utensils
- Clean out the strainer as needed
- Discard grease, oils, seeds, bones, & food debris into the compost bin
- CLEAN AS YOU GO
- If given the permission to borrow something, return the item back to its place neatly & sanitized as soon as you’re done
- Leave everything ready for the next person
WHEN LEAVING
- Keep your windows shut & locked for safety reasons
- Turn off any space heaters
- Lock your room
- Lock the front door
